Shipping Policy – Lumix Glow

Welcome to Lumix Glow. We are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and reputed courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote locations)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas / North East / J&K: 7–10 business days

Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, logistics issues, or courier constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain order value (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for COD orders or low-value orders, depending on location.

  • Exact shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on the delivery pincode.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • The courier partner may call before attempting delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your package on the respective courier partner’s tracking page.

  • If tracking details do not update immediately, please allow 12–24 hours.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Lumix Glow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

  • Unreachable phone number

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered, opened, or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take photos/videos immediately

We will assist you with a replacement.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Lumix Glow ships orders only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
