Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumix Glow. We value your trust and strive to provide high–quality skincare products. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
This ensures product safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all customers.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Leaked product

  • Wrong item delivered

If your order falls under any of the above categories, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Proof

To be eligible for replacement, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Order ID and customer details

Without proper proof, we will not be able to process your replacement request.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock after you placed the order

  • The shipment is cancelled by Lumix Glow

  • Replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability

Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing the order, if it has not been shipped.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Order Cancellation by Lumix Glow

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Payment issues

  • Invalid address

  • Bulk/unauthorized orders

  • Compliance or safety concerns

If cancelled, the refund will be processed automatically.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without proper unboxing proof

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without approval

  • Products purchased during sales, combos, or special offers

6. Delivery Delays

Once shipped, delivery is controlled by the courier company.
Lumix Glow is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics issues

  • Public holidays

  • Local restrictions

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier partners.
